Sailing Coach

St Edward’s Oxford is looking for a well-qualified and experienced Sailing Coach to join us on a part time basis from September 2024.

You will deliver a minimum of three sailing coaching sessions per week, working with junior and senior pupils within our Sailing Club. You will drive enthusiasm for the support, directly benefiting pupil and team performance and safeguarding the mental wellbeing of pupils.

You will hold an RYA Senior Instructor Qualification, pairing this with extensive knowledge of technical and tactical strategies in coaching sailing. You will provide experience of coaching/group coaching a range of abilities and ages, along with previous experience of sailing to a high standard.

This is a part-time, term-time position, working nine hours per week. Therefore, a flexible attitude is required regarding hours of work, in order to meet the demands of the position.
