Oxford Philharmonic Orchestra at Teddies

St Edward’s is delighted to welcome the Oxford Philharmonic Orchestra to the Olivier Hall this month to perform three concerts as part of their Summer Series.

The first concert in the series takes place on Friday 15th July at 7.30pm: ‘Baroque Favourites’ includes music by Bach, Pachelbel and more, featuring oboist Ewan Miller. This is followed, on Friday 22nd July at 7.30pm, by a programme of ‘seasons’ by Piazzolla and Vivaldi, and finally a concert dedicated to Mozart’s masterpieces on Friday 29th July at 7.30pm.

There is something for everyone, from a first-time concertgoer to a classical music fanatic, and our award-winning Olivier Hall (with air conditioning!) is a wonderful venue in which to see enjoy this prestigious orchestra. The Oxford Philharmonic has brought exciting and inspirational classical music performances to Oxford and beyond since 1998, and prides itself on creating exceptional and unique musical experiences, bringing new and engaging interpretations to well-loved works in the classical repertoire.
