Friday at Five

The School’s home-spun recital series, Friday at Five, has settled nicely into a pattern, with concerts now held every single Friday for about 40 minutes each week. Half of the recitals are informal concerts, a chance for any student to perform any piece of any standard to a welcoming audience: an opportunity to try out new ideas. The other recitals are Warden’s Recitals, where our top soloists are invited to perform a 20-minute solo concert, as a challenging showcase of their musical skills. Staff, pupils and invited guests are welcome at any of the Friday at Five series: Fridays at 5pm in the Warden’s Rooms or Chapel.

Friday 29th January: Warden’s Recitals:  Ben Swindells and Emma Measey
Friday 5th February: Informal Concert
Friday 26th February: Warden’s Recitals: Noah Smith and Myles Docherty
Friday 11th March: Informal Concert
