Open Days and Visits

Thank you for your interest in St Edward’s.

To register your interest in attending any of our forthcoming Open Mornings please complete the form below.

Open Mornings run on most Saturdays during term time and begin with an address from the Warden, Alastair Chirnside, followed by a question and answer session with members of the Senior Team. Families will also have a tour with one of our current pupils as well as a meeting in one of our boarding houses to meet a Housemaster or Housemistress who will give an overview of House life.

Please note that we recommend visiting no more than three years prior to entry.

The dates for our upcoming Open Days and Open Mornings are as follows:

Sixth Form Open Day (for entry in September 2026) – Saturday 26th April 2025

Shell Open Day (for entry in September 2028) – Saturday 17th May 2025

Saturday 7th June 2025

Individual Visits

In addition to Open Days we also offer individual visits for families considering St Edward’s. To register your interest in an individual visit, please email the Admissions Team.

During an individual visit, you will tour the School, including our landmark academic centre – The Christie Centre, visit a boarding house and meet a Housemaster or Housemistress.

Parents universally told us that they sent their children to Teddies because they reckoned they’d be nicer people for it: and what greater compliment?
The Good Schools Guide
