Teddies Talks Biology: Issue Two

The second issue of the pupil-led biology magazine, Teddies Talks Biology, has been published. Following on from the resounding success of the first publication, the second edition promises to be every bit as entertaining, eye-opening, and informative.

The inaugural issue, which was the idea of Olivia Yu (Upper Sixth), was down to a few members of the Upper Sixth who were the driving force behind this publication taking shape. Now, with exam preparation underway, the Upper Sixth have passed the baton on to members of the Lower Sixth, and they’ve certainly stepped up to the mark.

Another range of fascinating articles are here to test your knowledge and challenge your concepts, with subjects as varied as Chase Flynn’s What Happens After we Die?, Huda Khalaf’s Unravelling Alzheimer’s, and Sasha Orlova’s Theoretical Biology: Dragons.

Head of Biology, Rick Storey, who is supporting the pupils’ efforts passes on his thanks and congratulations to all involved, but wished to pay particular note to the team whose efforts driving forward the publication ensured it happened: Danielle Lim; Benjamin Wan; and Huda Khalaf; with special mention also to Maddie Luke as chief proof-reader.
