Athletics at Marlborough

In athletics at Marlborough at the weekend v Brighton College, Portsmouth Grammar School, Dauntsey’s, Kingswood and the hosts, the senior boys’ team performed exceptionally well to come 2^nd overall, and two school records were broken. Alfie Armitage-Hookes ran the inter 800m race in a time of 2.02, breaking Ed Womersley’s record of 2.03 from 2005. Dekoye Coker ran the inter 200m race in 23.7, breaking Brume Otubu’s more recent record of 23.9 from Cheltenham last year. Top individual rankings at Marlborough were as follows:
