Junior Chef de Partie

This is a very exciting time for us at St Edward’s as the School continues to grow. With this a number of career opportunities have arisen, including within our Catering Department where we are now seeking a Junior Chef de Partie to join our team of hard-working Chefs.
The Catering Department serves around 2,000 meals a day covering breakfast, lunch and dinner and also manages a varied event calendar which includes charity balls, boarding house dinners, fine dining, and catering for sports and summer schools.
The Junior Chef de Partie will work with senior Chefs to meet the requirements of the catering-related School policies and procedures ensure the expectations of all its customers are met.
Previous experience of large volume catering to consistently high standards is essential and experience of fine dining and formal events would be advantageous. The successful candidate will be NVQ 2 qualified or higher and will have basic food hygiene and health and safety certificates.
