Boarding House Non-Residential Matron
A vacancy has occurred for a Matron to work in one of the School’s boarding houses for girls. The School has 13 boarding houses and most house around 60 pupils from all year groups. The Matron is an integral part of the House team and the School community. The Matron’s key role is pastoral ensuring the well-being of pupils in the House and additional responsibilities cover housekeeping and administrative support.
If you have the ability to offer a high level of pastoral care, have empathy for and understanding of young people, are able to work calmly and quickly under pressure and have administrative skills we would welcome your application. Previous experience in a similar role working with teenagers or experience as working as a nurse is desirable but not essential.
